Covey/Lamb Studio Fun in the Studio!

It's always fun when a lazy Saturday afternoon turns into a fun photo shoot in the basement. Jen, Andrew and Violet came over for visit and, of course, we took the opportunity to grab some photos of their new family. It turns out that Violet is a natural in front of the camera! We were also able to get a photo of the four of us as a Mother's Day gift to my mom.

One of the coolest parts of family photography is watching families grow! Last year, we took some family portraits of our friends Chad and Anna, and their son Tyler out at Sully Plantation. A few months later, Chad called to let me know there would be a new addition to the family...a baby girl this time! Toddlers are always a fun challenge to shoot in the studio, but it was clear that Tyler is ready to be a big brother, and we can't wait to help welcome Kayla into the world this summer.
