Excella Consulting Celebrates 10 Years!

A friend of mine, Liz, asked me to shoot photos for her company. They were celebrating 10 years and decided to unwind at the famous Lucky Strike bowling center in Washington, DC. This venue is top notch. Every guest mingled, ate non-stop great food, and of course, bowled. Excella Consulting really knows how to throw a fantastic party. No wonder it was voted one of the best places to work in the Washington, DC area according the Washington Business Journal, 2009.

The Bettencourt Family at Lake Ridge Park

In early May we went down to Lake Ridge Park in Woodbridge, VA to spend an afternoon with the Betterncourt family. Their family was celebrating Kensie's 1st birthday, and relatives had travelled all the way from Florida for the celebration. They figured there was no better time to grab some family portraits since it's not often they're all in one place. We had a great time walking the park trails, feeding the ducks, and were able to capture some group shots and candid moments of a great family.
